Factory No.3, an extension adjacent to the existing Factory No.2, is designed with the same usability and specifications as Factory No.2, and unified the floor levels of both buildings to ensure smooth access.
Exemption of the requirement for fire extinguishing equipment was able to obtain by overlapping the eaves at the bridge between the two buildings.
The necesssery green space for an industrial park in accordance with the greenery regulation has been secured and surrounding landscape has also been considered. 
The 4.5m-projected eave is designed to provide a comfortable unloading space even during a rainy weather, and the 3D perspective visually expresses the state of usability from the user's perspective.
The design intent and spatial atmosphere, which are difficult to convey through drawings alone, were visualized in more realistic and specific way through the 3D perspective, that helps to improve the accuracy of communication and confirmation of the client's intentions.
