A company that designs and manufactures large scale elevators for factories in manufacturing industry.
Originally a furnished factory was purchased and used while expanding the floor space due to business expansion and increasing number of employees. 
But later, it was planned to rebuilt because of it is capacity limitation and deterioration over time.

During planning for rebuilding, we have focused to improve some issues that had been encountered till now so far like: 
(1) The low floor height of manufacturing section,  
(2) The office space for employees was not organized in one floor, and so on.
