Nihon Realest Co.,Ltd　New warehouse with office in Yoshikawa Minami

For this project, we were responsible for producing the exterior renderings.

The development consists of a warehouse and a management office, designed for operational efficiency, featuring a 3-meter canopy, ample parking space, and smooth vehicle circulation from both the east and west sides.

To clearly communicate the design intent, we accurately represented the building’s massing and materiality, while carefully selecting viewpoints and lighting to achieve a highly realistic final image.
In particular, beyond capturing the textures of the exterior walls, openings, and canopy, we also incorporated the surrounding environment, as well as logos on the facade and roadside signage, enabling an intuitive understanding of the final built image.

Exterior renderings play a key role in decision-making and external communication during the planning stage. Therefore, we focus on delivering visuals that clearly and effectively convey the design intent.

We will continue to provide exterior visualization solutions that maximize the architectural value of each project.
