A three-storied factory, where precision work is carried out, has been rebuilt on a site with a strict height restrictions.
The structure has been designed with minimizing the beam height to ensure effective height for working space while allowing the installation of heavy machinery.
The rest area of top floor is spacious and expandable, with an interior of having industrial feeling.
