Following the Yoshizawa Group’s overseas training program in 2023, we were pleased to welcome Ms.Ushikoshi from the Design Supervision Department and Mr. Yanagisawa from the Construction Management Department at our headquarters to Da Nang this July.

During the five-day training program, they introduced the fundamentals of construction drawings and shared add-on tools that enable more efficient use of BIM.
On the final day, YDA Vietnam’s engineering team applied what they had learned by working on a design assignment, creating a factory layout and delivering a presentation.

In addition, reviewing the fundamentals of Japanese design practices while studying real site photos is expected to further enhance our employees’ skills.
