A long-established screw manufacturing factory which is celebrating its 90th anniversary.
At the same time, planning to renovate the entire premises along with its existing office buildings and factories due to aging and earthquake resistance concern in anticipation of its generational exchange.
However, as the legality of entire site is required to proceed the plan further, it was a step-by-step planning, and the first step was to rebuild the most corner building of the site into a building for manufacturing and office functions.
As it is a medium-high-rise building, located nearby a river, pile foundation was selected by assuming the ground subsidence during the earthquake.
The interior and exterior has been designed with the accent of simple corporate colour “Gosho-Blue” which can make it the symbol of the site in future.
